Easy to browse the site and easy to checkout. Delivery as promised although very late at night.

The idea of this app is absolutely amazing! The only issue was when I tried to get in touch with my pet vet the app was ridiculous slowly took me ages to type a short message as the app worked in slow motion! Hope this will be improved soon!

Dan is fabulous. Knows his regular customers really well and always has a smile and time to say hello. All the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful

The courier didnt deliver when it was supposed to 2nd time this has happened it appears that my postcode doesn't match the one you give my post code is PO193BJ perhaps if I do order again you could give the correct one

The reason I have given 4 stars is nothing to do with products or speed of delivery and such but for the customer service. had to cancel the order as soon as I had a tracking order from evri. Evri do not deliver to my house. I emailed the company for a refund and why. They refunded my money and rang and emailed me to apologise and assured me they were working on a solution to the carrier problem but giving customers a choice of carrier in the future.

Delivery now received with a follow up call to check that the parcel has arrived so have changed rating to reflect this. Problem with parcel delivery firm (won't name but doesn't take too much effort to guess which one) :).

The item I ordered arrived quickly and in good condition but the packaging was ridiculous. The box was twice the size, at least, of what was needed and it was full of polystyrene type lumps that I presume was to protect the item. A sheet of bubble wrap and a smaller box would've been much better.

Disappointing that an item I had on a subscription basis was out of stock when it was due to be dispatched. However, I was contacted and promised priority once new stock was received. It did leave me, however, without this product over the Christmas/New Year period.

I accidentally ordered the wrong variant of food, but customer services were quick to respond and help. Very pleased with the speed and rectification of my issue. Thank you.

The service was great although there was a delay in sending the goods out. They sent me an email advising me of the delay after a couple of days but I would buy from them again. Thank you.
